LONG ISLAND, N.Y. — September 8, 2026 — Code Pause, Inc. today announced continued progress in its next-generation communications architecture, with active testing across Voxi.live and Telehealth over QUIC (ToQ), the company’s healthcare-focused communications initiative for OutsideINsights.
A recent Voxi.live test demonstrated approximately 93 milliseconds of edge-clock-calibrated capture-to-render video latency during a live browser-based avatar session. The broadcaster’s camera and voice were processed simultaneously to drive head movement, facial expressions, lip synchronization, and voice functionality. The resulting video was encoded and delivered through Media over QUIC (MoQ) to the viewer’s browser.
The observed session operated at approximately 30 frames per second using VP8 over MOQT draft 16, with a video payload of approximately 1.42 Mbps. The player reported zero decoder rejections and zero decoder backlog during the captured test state.
